Custom Design Policy:

  • Customs designs have a turnaround time of 3-5 business weeks, once design is solidified. (This is due to typically having to special order materials. Customs done with on hand materials are finished quicker.) Turnaround time will not start until design is approved and solidified.  
  • Design colors may appear slightly different on screen/on photo versus in person due to screen and device settings/manufacturers. 
  • Designs cannot be changed, altered, or edited once final approval is received. 
  • Orders are to be paid for 100% before any work will be completed.  There are deposit situations for larger, wholesale, or bulk orders. 
  • After 2 weeks of no contact or poor communication, deposit is forfeited and will not be returned. This is to ensure proper time and project management.
  • Once the design has been finalized there are NO refunds available. All sales are FINAL.
  • Customer supplied files are accepted with proof of purchase or with designer approval.
