Turn Around Time Policy

Business Days and Hours:

8:30AM-6PM CST

Mon-Thurs

(Fri-Sun are NOT Business Days and will NOT count for TAT.)

 

Turnaround Time:

For any orders placed on weekends, including Fridays, TAT will start on the next business day.

Ready To Ship (RTS) Items will ship in 2-3 business days. 

Preorder Items will follow the TAT stated in the product description- typically 3-5 business weeks.

MTO- Made to Order Items will have a TAT of 3-5 business weeks.

Any orders with a mix of RTS, MTO, and/or Preorder items will follow the TAT of the product with the longest TAT.
