Turn Around Time Policy

Ready To Ship (RTS) Items will ship in TWO (2) business days if placed before 5pm EST M-F and THREE (3) business days if placed AFTER 5pm EST M-Th. Any RTS Item orders placed on weekends, to include Fridays, TAT is to start on the first business day AFTER order is placed.

 

Preorder Items will follow the TAT stated in the product description. TAT starts the same day if order is placed BEFORE 12pm EST M-Th and the next day if orders is placed AFTER 12pm EST M-Th.

 

Any orders with a mix of RTS and Preorder items will follow the TAT of the product with the longest TAT.
