I lost my little brother to his battle with addiction in February 2025, and it changed my world. Addiction is something that deserves compassion instead of judgment. 💚 Mental Health Awareness

As a veteran and a daughter of a veteran, mental health is something I care about extremely deeply. It’s not always easy to talk about, especially in the military community, but it is so important. The Crisis Text Line has personally given me a safe space to release the feelings I’ve kept bottled up, has helped me through postpartum depression, & been a valuable resource for myself and so many others. Having a real person on the other end of the phone, someone who listens and understands, when so much of our lives are built around a computer these days, makes a whole world of the difference. This organization provides that lifeline for thousands of people every day.
